CrossFit Opens 19.3 Plan and News
We will be having our second open workout this Saturday for our Saturday Sweat Session as a whole community. If you signed up for the Opens, great, and happy you did and took on the challenge, if you did not sign up, do not worry, you still can workout on Saturday and join the heats, and have some fun. It will be first come, first serve, and we just ask everyone being patient and supportive of the community during the Saturday Morning Session. This is a great time of the year for the community, so lets get it going! Here are the heat times for this Saturday:

9:15 am
9:30 am
9:45 am
10:00 am
10:15 am

*If you are doing the workout on Saturday, plan to help judge at least one heat*

Schedule for the Weekend:
1. Saturday, March 9th, 2019: 9:00 am Start Time for CrossFit Open 19.3
2. Saturday, March 9th, 2019: Gym will close 11:30 am.
3. Sunday, March 10th, 2019: 9:00 am to 11:00 am Open Gym
4. Sunday, March 10th, 2019: 10:00 am Sweat Class
5. Sunday, March 10th, 2019: 9:00 am Vagabond Gymnastics Class.

200 Feet dumbell front rack lunge @ 35/25 lbs
50 dumbbell box step ups
50 Hand Release Push-Ups or DB Strict Press @ 30/20 lbs
200 Feet Bear Crawl
