30 Mountain Climbers
20 Jump Rope Singles
10 Burpees

Push-Up Position-What is the perfect plank or front lean rest position?

Workout: 5 Rounds of the following:
8 Burpees
20 Meter Shuttle Run x 5 times
8 Box Jumps
