4 Rounds of the following:
8 Ring Rows Slow Tempo
12 Walking Lunges or Box Step-Ups
8 Box Jumps
*Rest 20 seconds between each movement, focus is quality movement*

Wednesday, May 17th, 2017:
Warm-Up: 2 Rounds of:
30 second jump rope
30 second squats
30 second jumping jacks
30 second med ball tosses w partner

Focus: Push Press-Dip Mechanics

Workout: 10 Minutes of the following:
15 DB Push Press
15 Mountain Climbers
100 Meter Run

Mobility:
1:00 each side- spiderman stretch
1:00 each side- focus on shoulder
