100 Meter Run
10 Lunges or box step-ups
5 hanging knee raises

Wednesday, June 14th, 2017:
Warm-Up: 3 Rounds of 7 Minutes of:
Bear Crawl—100 meter run—10 one legged hops(5 each side)—10 mountain climbers—100 meter run

Focus Position: Pull-Up Position or Monkey Hangs aka Passive Hangs on Pull-Up Station and Dip Bench Position
