2 Rounds of:
10 Spiderman Lunges
10 Samson Stretch

Workout:
5 Rounds of:
50 Meter High Knee Skip
10 Tempo Squats @ 21×1
20 Second Plank Hold

Game:
Basketball—“11(Version of 21)

Wednesday, February 15th, 2017:
Warm-Up:
5 x 20 second bike ride or shuttle run

10 spiderman lunges—15 seconds in bottom of squat—5 kb deadlifts x 3 rounds

Focus Work:
Push Press-focus on dip mechanics
+
Game of Choice by Coach
+
Workout:
8-10 Rounds with a partner:
one person working at a time:
10 push press db
10 meter bear crawl
*switch off every round, each person does 4-5 rounds.
